ICF ROSTER AND RANKS    

Our ranks are as follows:
Sydicate Matron, Cousel, OverBosses, UnderBosses, Generals, Captains, Assassins, and Enforcers

• SyndArctic Empress - Our leader, our voice. She protects and guides us, and defends us against all enemies.
• Counsel - Offer advice to ICF members when faced with difficult circumstances/situations. To seek possible standdowns/truces if it benefits ICF above fighting.  Leads ICF in absence of Syndicate Matron.
• OverBosses - Lead and delegate. Can approve alliances. Defend and protect us and draw fire from attacking mobs if at all possible.
• UnderBosses - Lead and delegate. Can approve alliances if SM and OB's are not online. Defend and protect. Keep in contact with allies and keep us Spuko'd for badges.
• Generals - Lead and delegate. During war, coordinates attacks and rallies troops. Calls in allies when necessary.
• Captains - Fight, defend and protect ICF.  These are the best of the best. A Captain helps train lower ranks.   
• Assassins - Fight, defend and protect ICF.  Top killers.  These skilled fighters attack specific targets.
• Enforcers - Fight, defend and protect ICF.
